Instead of thinking of nutrition as a “calories in vs. calories out” concept, I can help you gain insight into proper timing of your meal intake to improve performance and overall health. Every person is different and your needs will vary depending on your activities and lifestyle habits. I can help you meet your goals by designing a nutrition plan that is specific to you. Once I have assessed your eating patterns and routines, I will help you determine what plan of action is most appropriate to fit your current lifestyle.

Some people enjoy a more structured plan, others appreciate accountability, and some like simple, achievable goals. Overall, I believe that good health starts with a peaceful relationship with food and your body, letting go of food fear in favor of fueling your body effectively and in a joyful way will lead to a healthy, fulfilling life.
